About Your Stay
What is the maximum occupancy?
The property accommodates up to 6 guests.
Beds include:
1 Queen bed
2 Double beds
1 Sofa bed (with a double futon set).
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: Between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Please notify us in advance if you will arrive after 8:00 PM.
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations within 5 days of the reservation incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Can I smoke on the property?
Both the rooms and terrace are strictly non-smoking.
Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate early check-in or late check-out.
Can I store my luggage before check-in?
Yes, luggage storage is available after 1:00 PM if requested in advance. If your room is ready early, you may check in right away. If not, you can leave your luggage inside of the entrance door.
Please note that luggage storage after check-out is not available.
Can I host a party or gathering?
Parties are not allowed. We kindly ask all guests to respect our quiet hours after 9:00 PM.
Can non-staying friends visit the property?
For security and comfort, only registered guests may enter the property.

What amenities are provided?
We provide:
Bath towels, face towels, and bathrobes
Swimwear for sauna use
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and toothbrushes
Slippers and a hairdryer
Iron
(Note: Pajamas are not provided.)
Is there WiFi?
Yes, complimentary WiFi is available.
Are cooking utensils and dishes available?
Yes, we offer:
Refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, rice cooker, hot plate
Frying pans, bowls, colanders, and cutting boards
Plates, glasses, mugs, forks, knives, chopsticks, and wine openers
(Note: Condiments are not provided.)
Pet Policy
How many pets are allowed?
We welcome up to 2 small dogs (under 10kg each). Please contact us in advance if you are bringing pets.
Is there a pet fee?
No, pets stay for free
What pet amenities are available?
We provide:
A pet cage
Potty trays and pads
Food bowls, waste bags, deodorizing spray, and a lint roller
What are the pet rules?
Only potty-trained dogs are allowed.
Pets are not allowed on the bedding. A cleaning fee will be charged for any damage.
In the event of an accident (such as urination indoors), please clean the area yourself and notify our staff.
After outdoor activities, please clean your pet’s paws before entering the property. A paw-washing station is available at the building entrance.
Sauna
What type of sauna equipment is available?
Our sauna is equipped with a MISA electric stove.
Can I do löyly (steam infusion)?
Yes, and we also provide aromatherapy oils.
What are the operating hours for the sauna?
The sauna and terrace are available from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Transportation & Local Guide
What are the nearest train stations?
Enoshima Station (Enoden Line): 4-minute walk
Shonan Enoshima Station (Monorail): 4-minute walk
Katase Enoshima Station (Odakyu Line): 10-minute walk
Is parking available?
We do not have on-site parking, but several affordable coin-operated parking lots are nearby.
Are there nearby supermarkets or convenience stores?
Supermarkets: Two are within a 2-minute walk.
Convenience store: Family Mart, a 6-minute walk away.
Can I walk to Enoshima Island?
Yes, it’s a 14-minute walk to the Enoshima Bridge.

Can I make a reservation by phone?
Reservations are only accepted online. For inquiries, please use our contact form.
Can I pay on-site?
We accept only online card payments in advance.
